The Use All Monitors option in the PC Display tab has been broken in 10.7.4, 10.7.5, 10.7.6, and is also broken in the 10.7.7 (1986) Beta. The fact that it's still broken in the beta leads me to believe it's not being addressed at all.

 

My displays:

Built-in Liquid Retina XDR Display on 16" M1 MacBook Pro (3456px x 2234px) - center

LG UltraFine 5K 27" (5120px x 2880px) - above

Dell P2211H 21.5" (1920px x 1080px - left

This is what my screen arrangement looks like in system preferences:

and what RDP looks like after connecting when "using all monitors":

It results in only one monitor being used and the resolution is extremely low and everything looks blurry.

 

Disabling "Optimize for Retina Displays" allows me to use all 3 monitors but the low resolution and blurriness persists across all screens when doing this, which is unacceptable.

 

Is this being addressed at all or do I need to start looking for a third party RDP application for macOS?

I am having the same issue with version 10.7.8 with the same model Macbook M1 Pro 16.
