Suggestion
The ability to deploy Intune scripts, configurations, apps, etc. at STARTUP of the sessionhost(Similar to device based GPO) - PRIOR to user logging in - In the device/system context.
Problem
The current Intune Management Extension only inventories and deploys based on a random time trigger or on logon of the user - this can be problematic when services are being used on user logon that need to be upgraded e.g. FSLogix. However a simple startup script or inventory check performed at startup/prior to logon for any DEVICE based deployments will resolve this issue.
