It has finally arrived! Only problem is, unless I'm missing something, it requires Remote Desktop to be the only app open on the iPad. Computer monitor shows the desktop and iPad shows a black screen. Can only open the app via the iPad display rather than via the external monitor (unlike, for example, Jump Desktop - where you can open the app via the external monitor and have other iPad apps open on the iPad). Bit clunky. But a start.
