Error code: 0x407

After updating the application on my Macbook Air ( macOS BigSur, Version 11.7.2) I tried to connect my remote Desctop, but it showed the (Error code: 0x407)

Same problem on my MBP (Ventura 13.0.1) using RDP v10.8.0 (2032) - this is unacceptable?!
