An option to not Auto Hide the Doc on Mac OS Client

Because of how the WindowsApp client handles multiple open applications, managing the windows is cumbersome at best. It would be nice if one of the following options was added:

1. An option to disable the auto hide of the doc when a WindowsApp has key focus (simple - what 10-15 lines of code).
2. An option to add every open application to the Mac's Command-Tab to cycle through apps. (complex change but best option).

The minuscule amount of added screen real estate added by hiding the Doc when using multiple 4K or 5K displays is not worth it.
