Backup of Azure HCI Hosts with Veeam

Question

I'm looking into best practices with backing up Azure Stack HCI Hosts. We currently use Veeam for backing up all the vm's hosted by these servers. I would like to backup these hosts without also including all the vm's . What is the best methods for accomplishing this?

In your case I guess you should focus on using veeam backup best practices for Hyper-V at the end all the HCI Hosts are Hyper-V nodes
