Server Health summary dashboard

Hello,

We are planning to migrate server monitoring from SCOM to Azure monitor. The question is if there is a possibility to see server health summary dashboard. For example there would be green / yellow / red markings for each server based on alerts raised or top 10 servers with most alerts. And similar summarized info

Is there a such solution or would we need to create a new Workbook for this?
