Help with monitoring Free Space Disk

Hello,

I need motoring free space disk in VM Azure, but I have 5 disks in this VM.

How can I get monitoring this with Azure Monitor?

I'm try run this script and create a alert rule from this script but doesn't work:

And I need each disk to be able to get an alert when it reaches 90% usage.
