Log Analytics query history is one of the most well loved and used features in our UI.
When using Log Analytics frequently, you may create hundreds of queries - all saved in your query history.
We’ve added a new search option to help you quickly find specific items in your query history.
How does it work:
Searching your query history is accessed through the magnifying glass icon in your query history view:
You can search your query text and move between different search 'hit's with the arrows next to the search box.
Query history contains a wealth of queries already tried and tested.
Searching query history will help you get to the queries you were looking for faster and with more ease.

The feature is great, however, once you run a query from the query history the history just vanishes and there is no way to get back to the history without going back to a previous page and coming back to the Logs page which is quite annoying.
This is a good comment, thank you for the feedback.Have you tried opening a new tab instead of going all the way out of the application?
It still is a few clicks that can very well be avoided just by having the Query history link always available somewhere inside the log analytics portal itself.
@keshavanravi Totally agree. Got your feedback. As you know, we are constantly improving our experiences :) stay tuned to our announcements as we continue to refine and improve.
I'm literally trying to find a way to call out the query history on the UI but just failed and now realize there is no such basic feature.
Anyone has experience with a query client would expect a query history can be called either with a hotkey, or at least a side bar ~
