Some Users might get errors when trying to create or manage Azure Monitor resources

Starting at 18:50 UTC on 19 Oct 2020, some customers may receive intermittent 403- or 500-level errors while accessing or performing service management operations - such as create, update, delete - for Application insights, Alerting and Log Analytics resources from the Azure portal or when using CLI.

We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
