We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 6/25, 09:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 6/23, 10:30 UTC and that during the 1 day, 22 hours and 55 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers experienced failures in creating, deleting or updating metric alert rules in Log Analytics Resources in multiple regions.
