We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 5/19, 04:38 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 5/9, 23:30 UTC and that during the 10 days that it took to resolve the issue customers would not have been able to create Availability Tests using Terraform.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to a misconfiguration in one of our backend services. A rollback in the service manifest was performed mitigating the issue.

We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
