We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/25, 15:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/25, 14:00 UTC and that during the 1 hours and 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Customers using Azure Log Analytics or Azure Sentinels in East US region may have experienced issues in Data Ingestion Latency, data gaps and Delayed or missed alerts.
- Root Cause: The issue was due to a backend dependency service failure.
