Experiencing Data Latency issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types - 04/05 - Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal in South Central US. Our logs show the incident started on 04/05, 15:35 UTC and that during the 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, customer using Application Insights in South Central US who may have experienced latency, delayed or missed alerts
  • Root Cause: it was determined that one of the backend service became unhealthy.
  • Incident Timeline: 31minutes - 04/05, 15:35 UTC through 04/05, 16:05 UTC
We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
