We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/23, 13:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/23, 09:55 UTC and that during the 4 hours and 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced intermittent data latency issues in East US region..
