We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/12, 12:49 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/12, 11:10 UTC and that during the 1 hour & 39 Minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced Data Latency and Incorrect alert activation in Central India region.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to of our backend dependent service.
