We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/24, 01:23 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/23, 19:28 UTC and that during the 5 hours and 55 Minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers in East US Region using Azure Log Analytics may have experienced issues with log data latency, data gaps and incorrect alert activation.
