Our logs show the incident started on 07/18, 20:30 UTC and that during the 2 hours and 55 minutes that it took to resolve the issue Some customers using Log Analytics may have experienced issues with intermittent log data latency and incorrect alert activation in West Europe Region.
Root Cause: The failure was due to issues with one of the backend services.
