We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/16, 12:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/16, 11:10 UTC and that during the 1 hour & 5 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Some customers may have experienced High query latency affecting dashboards and monitor execution may be delayed as the queries required to evaluate the monitor may be executing more slowly than normal.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to backend dependencies become unhealthy.
