We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/22, 23:06 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/19 06:39 UTC and that during the 3 days, 16 hours and 27 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers in JIO India West Region may have experienced intermittent log data gaps and incorrect alert activation.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to connectivity issues between the regions.

We continue to investigate issues with Application Insights resources in JIO India West Region. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience intermittent log data gaps and incorrect alert activation. Initial findings indicate that the problem began at 2/19 06:39 UTC. We currently have no estimate for resolution.
