We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/30, 20:40 UTC. Our logs show that the incident started on 06/30, 10:30 UTC and that during the 10 hours and 10 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of the customers experienced intermittent data latency, missed or delayed log search alerts and incorrect alert activation.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to a backend dependency.
