We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 12/21, 05:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 12/21, 03:55 UTC and that during the 1 hour and 5 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers in East US2 region may have experienced delayed or missed Log Search Alerts and Data Access.
Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our dependent services.
