We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/15, 13:43 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/15, 08:22 UTC and that during the 5 hours & 21 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced intermittent data gaps and incorrect alert activation in North Europe region.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to one of our dependent service.

We continue to investigate issues within Application Insights. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience intermittent data gaps and incorrect alert activation in North Europe region. Initial findings indicate that the problem began at 11/15 08:22 UTC.
