We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/27, 11:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/27, 10:30 UTC and that during the 55 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Some customers may have experienced data access issue, query failures and delayed or missed Log Search Alerts in West Europe region.
