We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/27, 06:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/27, 06:05 UTC and that during the 35 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced issues with data access and delayed or missed Log Search Alerts in West US Region.
