We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/26, 20:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/26, 15:39 UTC and that during the 5 hours and 1 minute that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced issues with data access and delayed or missed Log Search Alerts in West US Region.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to operational threshold on one of our backend services.
