We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/15, 12:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/15, 04:50 UTC and that during the 7 hours & 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced data access, data gaps, data latency and missed or delayed alerts in UAE Central region.
Root Cause: The failure was due to one of our dependent service.
