We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 1/19, 22:43 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 1/19, 22:18 UTC and that during the 25 mins that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced data access issue in North Europe region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to a maintenance process exceeding expected timelines.
