We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/02, 17:54 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/02, 17:08 UTC and that during the 46 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers experienced intermittent metric data gaps and incorrect metric alert activation in Central India.
- Root Cause: The issue was due to the failure of a service Application Insights depends on.
