The source machine is unable to connect to the Process server.

Hi all,

Currently we are trying to replicate 2 servers running on vmware from on-prem to azure using azure site recovery. However, the status is stuck at 0% synchronized and there is no services that is running on port 9443 on the appliance server configured. Please advise.
