Find the SEED disk associated with the protected disk ID

Hi,

I have enabled replication for a VM that has 3 disks with 10GB size and one of them has a very high churn and the disk is not replicating. I need to update the disk performance, but unable to identify the associated seed disk. Can someone help on how to identify this?
