Shape/Drawing Layer contorted when resizing after rotate

I want to be able to resize a shape after rotating it while keeping it as a rectangle and retain it's aspect ratio. The screenshot is from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-maps/drawing-tools-events, is there a fix for this?

    Hi rmTR2022, I have learned something new myself today as I asked this question and it "turns" out that when rotating a rectangle, it is converted to a polygon to accommodate. That is the reason for the experience you are seeing and it will no longer support resizing as a rectangle. Sincerely, IoTGirl
