I want to know how stable is the work item ordering / prioritization in the backlog. I don't want to be surprised by unexpected reordering. Is there a list of actions that can cause backlog reordering?
Drag dropping in the backlog window definitely changes the ordering. So is moving a work item up and down in the kanban board. Looks like changing work item iteration doesn't change the ordering? How about changing team?
