Modern solutions often require an aggregation of many distributed data sources and often requires manipulation to correlate the data across the different models. The Azure Data Factory (ADF) fulfills the need to development sophisticated Extract Load/Transform (ELT) workflows in the cloud. Gaurav Malhotra's post, Iterative development and debugging using Data Factory , provides a description of the visual tools of the ADF. These tools allow the building of complex transforms visually allow and allows debugging, testing and monitoring.
