We are excited to announce the General Availability of Azure Portal experience for Azure Key Vault Managed HSM that greatly enhances customer experience in provisioning a Managed HSM and to view and manage resources in one unified hub.
To create a Managed HSM, Sign in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com, enter Managed HSMs in the search box to find and to create the resource, activate and perform CRUD (create, read, update, delete) operations.
