Surface Laptop

Hello!

Because I am an insider and I buyed an Surface Laptop and looked in this and explored this one and I stumbled on Active Directory and now is my question, if I can manage my family or a group privacy with Azure? And it should not much cost. For free? I work with Office 365 and few Devices. Can I do this? It would be great. And how I begin with this?
