Hi Cristian,
You are correct, Generation 2 VM's are currently not supported in Azure.
That being said, you could use Azure Site Recovery to migrate your workloads across as Gen 2 VMs are fully supported there.
ASR will do the migration/conversation for you and is free for the first 30 days of use, so is actively promoted by Microsoft as migration tool.
