Microsoft Cognitive services Face - Detecting Real Face or Photo Face Infront of Camera

Hi,

I am using Azure Cognitive Services Face API for Face Identification and Verification in my application.
I am facing some issues in Real Person face and photo face. If Someone shows the photo , Face API return success results.
I want result for only real person taking photo in-front of camera . How can i get which one is real Person Face or Photo Face ? . Is there Any API to achieve this ?

    but i want this in python. expecting help from someone.
