You can now deploy Azure OpenAI Service on your data into Power Virtual Agents (PVA) directly from the studio, enabling conversational experiences over various data stores and Azure OpenAI Service APIs. Azure OpenAI Service on your data also offers grounded models on your data and works with direct files, Blob storage, and Azure Cognitive Search.
PVA can be integrated within specific bot topics, enabling a hybrid of generative AI enabled and human authored topics, wrapped into one orchestrated experience. The feature will enable seamless connection with PVA, providing a distinct experience of using specialized, grounded data for customization.
