In the third episode of “Inside Identity,” I sat down with Ruoting Sun, Head of Technology Partnerships & Commercial Expansion at Duo Security (part of Cisco). Duo provides a multi-factor authentication solution that integrates with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Office 365 to help protect user accounts. While Duo and Azure AD provide overlapping capabilities, both companies believe it’s important to make our solutions work together to support our customers’ heterogenous environments.
Ruoting and I talked about the importance of interoperability and what it means to adopt Zero Trust. We also discussed how to create a company culture that allows diversity and inclusion to thrive. As leaders, Ruoting and I have both become more aware of our own unconscious biases and have used this knowledge to make our teams more inclusive.
