Logic App Designer is not displaying the Logic App flow

Copper Contributor

Hello,

I have created a Logic App which was normally running and is still getting triggered if I call it through Postman. Last days I can not see the flow in designer (when I click edit), or see the Flow in runs History. Please advice.

I tried even to go to "Logic App Code View" to get the json code and tried to re-import it hoping it will display the logic app flow, but even the json code is not displayed (stucks on loading / displaying 3 dots)

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Logic App in Azure. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check the Azure Service Health: Check the Azure Service Health dashboard to see if there are any known issues or outages that could be impacting your Logic App. You can access the dashboard from the Azure portal by clicking on "Service health" in the left-hand navigation menu.

2. Check the Logic App status: Check the status of your Logic App in the Azure portal. You can do this by navigating to the Logic App resource and checking the "Overview" tab. If there is an issue with the Logic App, you should see an error message here.

3. Check the Logic App runs: Check the runs of your Logic App in the Azure portal. You can do this by navigating to the Logic App resource and clicking on the "Runs history" tab. If there are no runs showing up, or if they are failing, this could indicate an issue with the Logic App.

4. Check the Logic App triggers: Check the triggers for your Logic App in the Azure portal. You can do this by navigating to the Logic App resource and clicking on the "Triggers" tab. Make sure that the trigger is set up correctly and that it is still enabled.

5. Check the Logic App connections: Check the connections used by your Logic App in the Azure portal. You can do this by navigating to the Logic App resource and clicking on the "Connections" tab. Make sure that the connections are still valid and that they are not expired.

6. Check the Logic App logs: Check the logs for your Logic App in the Azure portal. You can do this by navigating to the Logic App resource and clicking on the "Logs" tab. The logs may provide more information about any errors or issues that are occurring.

If you still cannot see the flow in the designer or see the Flow in runs history after performing these steps, you can try contacting Microsoft support for further assistance.
If you've already tried the steps I provided and are still unable to view the Logic App flow in the Azure portal, it's possible that there is an issue with the Azure portal itself. Here are some additional steps you can take:

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, the issue can be related to your browser cache or cookies. Try clearing your cache and cookies and then reloading the Azure portal to see if that resolves the issue.

2. Try using a different browser: It's possible that the issue is related to the browser you're using. Try accessing the Azure portal using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.

3. Check for updates: Make sure that your browser and operating system are up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause issues with web applications like the Azure portal.

4. Try accessing the Azure portal from a different network or device: It's possible that there is an issue with your network or device that is preventing you from accessing the Azure portal correctly. Try accessing the portal from a different network or device to see if that resolves the issue.

5. Contact Microsoft support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you can try contacting Microsoft support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or escalate the issue to their engineering team for resolution.

I hope this helps!
