getting forbidden error on me/contacts graph api

In our MultiLine for Intune iOS app, we are using Microsoft Graph API to fetch the exchange contacts and it is using me/contacts API with access token to fetch the personal contacts. Client is getting the error “forbidden” from API response randomly
