API Management - Source Control

We inherited an existing API Management instance. Multiple APIs/Products/Users/Groups/etc Changes to this are currently done manually. What steps would we need to take to bring this in to a CI/CD pipeline, can you point to any relevant documentation or tutorials? Thanks
