Microsoft.ldentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory.dll deprecated

We have a SCIM application (.NET 4.8) that uses the Microsoft.SystemForCrossDomainldentityManagement component. However, the Microsoft.SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagement component depends on the Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory component, which has been deprecated, rendering Microsoft.SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagement unusable. The demos provided by Microsoft's guidance are based on ASP.NET Core. Is there a solution available for ASP.NET?
