Emoticons not animated

Hello,

we are using a Lync 2013 Infrastructure and i just got the new release Skype for Busines Version on my Mac (Sierra 10.12.1, Outlook 15.21.1, S4B 16.0.3683)

Unfortunatly Emoticons are not animated.

Any Idee what can cause this?
