Calling Line Identification Presentation Special Arrangement - GTS Poland T-Mobile

I have a customer in Poland using an E1 from GTS Poland, now T-Mobile, and want to get Calling Line Identification Presentation Special Arrangement (CLIPSA) activated on the line, but that is not possible according to T-Mobile

Anyone using an E1 from GTS Poland where CLIPSA is active?
