When Microsoft introduced Cloud PBX about a year ago, customers got very excited about the new possibility of giving their users a dial-tone in Skype for Business leveraging Skype for Business Online. However, in order to provide users with Voice Mail, all users with Cloud PBX enabled were required to have their Exchange Mailbox in Office 365 as well.
We are happy to announce that this limitation has been removed! Now, no matter if the Exchange Mailbox is hosted in Office 365 or on Exchange Server, all users will be able to enjoy Cloud PBX.
