Update 19.11 for Azure Sphere OS now available in Retail feed

The Azure Sphere OS public preview 19.11 quality release is now available via the Retail feed. If your devices are currently running the 19.10 OS or an earlier OS release and are connected to the internet, they should https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-sphere/install/configure-wifi#receive-device-update. However, if you have an older Seeed MT3620 Development Kit, you might need to update manually, as described in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-sphere/resources/update-old-seeed-os.

 

This quality release fixes an error in I2C reads that was https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/617e2ab5-f256-4bc3-9ee2-da9f5faeafb4/i2c-read-bug?forum=azuresphere and an error in which SPI reads or writes may cause the system to crash. In addition, it includes changes to mitigate against https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2019-18840.
