OK, I'm an Exchange newbie trying to understand why the Transporter suite tool fails when I'm importing Internet Mail (IMAP) for Linked mailboxes, but works for User mailboxes. I always get the impersonation failed message for the linked mailboxes. This site appears to have the answer, but what I'm unsure about is the YourUserDomainServiceAccount . What is the service account? Would this be running on the Exchange server, or the domain controller in the remote forest or the DomainController for the Exchange server? Does the ServiceAccount have something to do with this article? http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/12/13/447731.aspx
