We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/03, 12:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/03, 10:40 UTC and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue a few customers would have experienced issues while creating new custom logs in France Central location.
Root Cause: The failure was due to an authentication issue in one of our dependent services.
